I created this tonight. I recorded an old meditation that I wrote years ago and presented when I would do pulpit at the church. Then I randomly grabbed one of my Gong Sound Bath clips. Created a video graphic and put everything together on Canva. I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED how the audio matched up with the words. I did nothing but put them together as they came. I so happy with it. I just keep learning more and more how to do this audio thing! I hope you enjoy!

There's no need to sit on the floor or lie on a mat—our comfortable oversized recliners will support you throughout your journey.
