More Love is a practice of safe, respectful, heart-centered relating—a space to slow down, be present, and practice meeting one another with consent, care, truth and tenderness.

Through meditation, movement, mirroring, affirmations, communication and partnered practices, we explore what it can feel like to be seen, met, respected, valued and safe.

What is a More Love Ta**ra Puja like? It’s deeply experiential, so sometimes it’s hard to describe. We turn to the people who’ve experienced it. Here are some recent testimonials 💞

We are so touched as we continue to expand this space and reach the hearts calling for this work - to facilitate sacred moments of connection, reestablish safety, release what we carry from past hurts, and establish a new baseline in our lives.

More Love Ta**ra Puja 💞 is an exploration in heart healing and the dance between giving and receiving, grounding and flow, structure and surrender - within ourselves and in relationship.

This trauma-informed, somatic practice offers grounded tools for connection that honor both self and others. Together, we create space for new baseline experiences of being met, respected, valued, seen, and safe.

Tender and transformative, the puja gently illuminates subconscious relational patterns and supports new ways of relating rooted in presence, consent, and devotion to truth.

We work with complementary relational qualities traditionally described as masculine and feminine polarities, while honoring that each person experiences and embodies these energies in their own unique way.

We witness our pujas helping people loosen patterns learned from family, society, and tradition that leave us isolated, dissociated, and disconnected from ourselves.

A ta**ra puja is a long-standing tradition of safe, respectful, heart-centered relating. Despite the buzzword, nothing explicit happens here. This is white ta**ra, focused on presence, communication, awareness, and personal truth.

The reset your heart may be calling for. ❤️

A glimpse into one of the practices we share at More Love Ta**ra Puja.

Through simple, guided partner exercises like this, we practice presence, authenticity, consent, co-regulation, and the healing of old wounds in subtle yet profoundly meaningful ways.

Many of us have been hurt in relationship. It’s hard to heal in isolation. We believe healing can happen in relationship, too.

Our heart-healing ceremonies create opportunities to experience what so many of us needed but never received: to be met with presence, respect, care, and safety within a trauma-informed, heart-centered container.

It is such an honor to facilitate this work. (And yes, I had a spontaneous little kundalini kriya while filming this 😂 it’s a lot of energy!)

Open to singles and couples, and welcoming people of all genders, sexualities, and expressions.

Tender and transformative, the puja gently illuminates subconscious relational patterns and supports new ways of relating rooted in presence, consent, and devotion to truth. These experiences become embodied over time, creating new foundations for more authentic, connected, and fulfilling lives.

We work with complementary relational qualities that have traditionally been described as masculine and feminine polarities, while honoring that each person experiences and embodies these energies in their own unique way.

I witness our pujas helping people loosen patterns learned from family, society, and tradition that leave us isolated, dissociated, and disconnected from ourselves. The deepest intention isn’t to become someone else. It’s to remember who you are beneath fear, conditioning, and disconnection.

There is a beautiful paradox in this path: our upward evolution is a journey downwards from the head into the magnetic field of the heart, remembering our worth and our belonging.

With each gathering, the field grows more coherent - a shared experience of love, co-regulation, and a natural oxytocin boost.

As we awaken, relationships can feel more challenging. Many are seeking connection rooted in truth rather than obligation. We are no longer willing to sacrifice self-actualization. I believe we can have both love and freedom.
