I’ve never been one to journal consistently. Sometimes I don’t know what to write, and other times I have so much on my mind that I don’t even know where to start.

There’s something about being away from the usual noise that helps you hear your own thoughts a little more clearly. And sometimes writing them down helps you realize what you’ve been holding onto.

If journaling has never been your thing, you don’t have to fill pages. Start with one sentence:

🌿We all need time to step away, slow down, and recharge because when we take care of ourselves, we’re better able to show up for the people around us. 🤍
