We provide certified support services designed to help people build real-world skills for communication, emotional regulation, wellness, and safety.

Our programs are practical, judgment-free, and built to meet people exactly where they are.

Red Nose Wellness provides a full range of support services, including:
• Anger & Stress Management
• Parenting Education
• Positivity Integration
• Health & Wellness Consulting
• Adult & Pediatric CPR & First Aid Training

All services follow nationally recognized standards and are taught by certified specialists.

We offer:
• In-person sessions in Tulsa and surrounding communities
• LIVE virtual online sessions available nationwide
• Group options for those who prefer a shared learning environment

We are a private-pay provider, and we keep pricing transparent:
• Court-ordered sessions: $100/hr
• Private sessions: $75/hr
• Community rate: $50/hr
• Online groups: $25/hr
• CPR & First Aid Training: $90/person
• Administrative documentation fee (when needed): $25

While we don't bill insurance, many clients use employer wellness benefits, HSA/FSA cards, or court reimbursement programs.

We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. We serve individuals, families, and organizations, and we also host free community education events throughout the year.

Overall, Red Nose Wellness is a privately owned, confidential, and committed to providing support without the corporate runaround or unnecessary barriers. Sessions are human‑centered, practical, and focused on real change!
