👋🏼 It’s been a minute! Let me start off by reintroducing myself to the social media world haha. My name is Kelsie and I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. I’m married to and we have a 16 month old son, Luke. We just relocated back to 29 Palms, CA and we are excited to be back in the area again.

We have finally organized our garage, for the most part, and got the home gym set up.

I am opening some time slots to have personal training sessions at my home for anyone interested. Whether you want to find a healthy balance with exercise, food, and life, you want to lose weight, get strong, or even just start but don’t want to be in a gym atmosphere, I got you!!

Have a little one or more that you need to bring along?! That’s totally fine! They can play in an area in the garage as well so they are always in sight and you can still get your workout in.

I want to offer a free 30-45 minute trial session to those we are seriously interested, so you can decide if I’m the right fit for you.

Workouts are different than they used to be. As much as I loved throwing my headphones in and getting to it, these ones are great too!
I may not always get done what I hope to, but I’ll gladly soak up the hugs and loving because he won’t be this little for long. The workouts, on the other hand, will always be there. For me, it’s all about balance and enjoying these little moments❤️

Photo dump from the past month and a half.

It’s been a super crazy time. We sold the house in Tampa, spent two weeks with the grandparents in Jacksonville, moved up to Quantico, VA, and have been getting settled as we start a new routine of Chris attending school. I’ve also been figuring out the best time to workout, haha, not easy with a kid that doesn’t like to nap long. But, it’s been good and we even got ourselves a new workout cage which has been awesome!

This little guy has been a champ through all the change. He is loving his food, is now sitting up unassisted (mostly), and is working on the steps towards crawling. Can’t believe he is 6 months old (as of yesterday), time is really flying.
