Its so important to stay nourished after baby is born. We all get so caught up in caring for a sweet new life that we forget we matter too. I'd love to help you prep a few freezer meals, or completely do it for you, that can easily be thrown into the crock pot or oven by someone else!
We can go over dietary restrictions as well as likes and dislikes to make the perfect meals for you!

I also offer this for pregnant mommas struggling with time, energy, or just not feeling well!

Featured is a veggie loaded sweet potato chili. Completely organic and loaded with delicious spices and herbs!

As things progress with this pandemic hospital policies are getting more and more restrictive. Moms are faced with the choice of choosing one person to support them and some no longer have the option at all. Being forced to birth alone with only strangers.
Please keep in mind home birth and unassisted home birth are very very valid options!

Unfortunately I have to cancel my new birth classes for now. Super bummed but with everything going on it's for the best. I don't want anyone to miss out on the education though! So I will be putting together an online class shortly! I'm not exactly sure how these will look yet but I'm thinking I'll do a live class so people can still ask questions and then you'll have access to these videos later on. These will be very affordable! Excited to get started. Let me know if you are interested ❤❤

This. This is why I speak out! This amazing woman had such a traumatic first birth with her little girl. Her and I talked so much about it and this time she decided to take control and make it her own. And she DID it. So thankful I got to give her a bit of virtual support through this. It's an amazing thing when someone trusts you in the birth space physically or virtually.

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to announce I'll be starting childbirth education classes next month! I'll be the first to admit they may be shakey! But, if you are willing to be my test dummy come on over! The first 5 couples to book individual classes and the first 5 for group classes will get to "pay what you can" in exchange for a FB review and feedback! Group class will be held on Saturday, April 25th. This will be an all day class. Exact time is TBD! Individual classes will work with your schedule! These can either be a day class or broken into several weekly classes.
Message me for more details!
Cost for classes after this will be $100 for group or $150 for individual!

Hi! Sorry I've been MIA for awhile. Life got busy. I'm expecting baby 3 at the end of the year, we just got moved and settled in 29 palms, California, and I have exciting news! I am re doing my certification with a company who's views and values align perfectly with mine when it comes to supporting women! I am beyond excited for the new information I will get and the tools I'll have to better support you all.

Today I got to watch this beautiful momma bring a sweet little girl into the world in under 3 hours. It was intense and she handled it like a goddess! Happy birthday sweet Paisley! You sure made your momma work hard, but all the beautiful 7lbs 11oz of you was well worth it.
