This is such an exciting step for my little business, and I truly don’t take it for granted. What started as a love for herbs, handmade creations, cozy rituals, and a little bit of magic has grown into something I never imagined it would become. 🌿🕯️🍵

Having Healing Haven carried in a local shop feels like such a huge milestone, and I am beyond thankful for the opportunity, the support, and everyone who has believed in me along the way. 🤍

Today I’m out in the wild, harvesting elderberries—getting my hands dirty, connecting with nature, and gathering ingredients that will become something beautiful for **Healing Haven**. 🖤

You might know nettle as the plant you definitely DON’T want to brush against… but this prickly little herb has been treasured for generations for its many traditional wellness uses. 🌱

This week has been a tough one, filled with emotions, thoughts, and moments that can feel like a little too much.

Sometimes, you don't need to fix anything. You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes you just need to sit quietly with your thoughts, breathe, and give yourself permission to simply *be*.
