I wish more women could see themselves the way the people who love them see them. 🤍

We look in the mirror and see the things we’d change. The lines, the imperfections, the ways our faces and bodies don’t look quite like they used to.

But what we don’t always see is the life behind those changes.

The babies we’ve carried. The sleepless nights. The heartbreaks we’ve endured. The battles we’ve fought quietly. The seasons that stretched us, strengthened us, and shaped us into the women we are today.

Somewhere along the way, we become so focused on what we’ve lost that we forget to appreciate everything we’ve become.

Your worth was never determined by a mirror.

I love helping women feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. But I never want a woman sitting in my chair to believe she needs to change something about herself to be worthy of feeling beautiful.

Because beauty isn’t just what you see in your reflection. It’s in the life you’ve lived, the love you’ve given, and the woman God created you to be.

My prayer is that you learn to see yourself with the same love and grace that God sees you. That you stop being so hard on the woman looking back at you.

She’s been through a lot. And she’s still beautiful. 🤍

The BEST weekend with some of my best friends and favorite providers. 🤍✨

We were among the first providers in the U.S. to inject the new BELOTERO, learned from some absolutely incredible physicians, and left RISE feeling inspired, grateful, and ready to bring so much back to our patients. 💉✨

So thankful for every physician and educator who poured into us this weekend. What an experience. 🥹

And a HUGE shoutout to the best Gigi & Mac for holding down all four kids while I was gone. 🤍

RISE 2026, you were so good to us. ✨
