Century families...please be aware that all health information Physicals ( Regular and Sports), Updated Immunizations, Vision, Dental and anything else that was on the list sent home at the end of school needs to be completed before the new school year starts. Thank you for your help in this.

As this school year begins to wind down, we have Dental Safari, who will be here April 10th, starting at 8 a.m.. If any student has not had their Dental Exam completed, this is an opportunity to do so. Contact information for them (if you want to set up an appointment for your child/children) is: www.DentalSafariCompany.com Their telephone number is: 618-993-8333, if you would like to set up an appointment for when they will be here at Century.
Dental exams are mandatory/required for the following grades: Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 6th Grade and 9th Grade. If you have any questions, please contact the school.

Dear Century Unit #100 Families,

This is a reminder that all Kindergarten, 2nd and 6th grade students are required by the State of Illinois to have a dental exam which must be turned in to the school nurse by May 15th of the current school year. If you have already turned in your form or if your child was seen by Dental Safari this year or last year, please disregard. If you have not turned in the form you will receive a reminder note that will be sent home.

Parents of Century School Students: Just a reminder: Dental Safari will be at Century School on April 10, 2024. They will start around 8 or 8:30a.m. and will continue until they are finished with the scheduled students. If you have any questions, please give the school a call.
