✨ Pain-be-Gone Valerian Cordial ✨

Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) has long been known for its soothing, relaxing properties—calming stress and easing discomfort. The challenge? Its notoriously strong taste and smell!

This Valerian Cordial recipe blends valerian with willow (Salix alba)—an herb with deep roots in traditional pain relief—and balances it with vanilla and maple syrup for sweetness. 🌿🍁

The result: an earthy, supportive elixir that’s as comforting to sip as it is effective. Drink up and feel better!

DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣ Combine herbal extracts, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in an amber glass bottle.
2️⃣ Cap the bottle and shake gently to combine.
3️⃣ Clearly label your bottle and store in a cool, dark space.
4️⃣ Use up to 30 drops (or ¼ teaspoon, which is approximately 25 drops) as desired, up to 6x/day. This formula is for short term use only.
