Beautiful mature Monstera deliciosa mother plant with HUGE, deeply fenestrated leaves. This plant is very established and has been growing in my home for years. She has officially outgrown my space! 😂 If you repot her into a bigger pot she will double in size.

Several leaves are absolutely massive. Perfect statement plant for someone with tall ceilings, a bright room, office, salon or plant-filled space.

$120 OBO. Local pickup in Albany. You will need an SUV/truck and probably two people to transport her safely. 🌿

Some things are allowed to exist simply because they bring you back to yourself.💚

September feels like rich-soil season to me.

A time to get quiet enough to notice what needs tending.

Because this season can absolutely drop you if you aren’t paying attention to what’s happening on the inside.

So I’m paying attention.

I’m adding a little greenhouse makeover to my list. 🌿

A day trip to Aloe Restore.

A burlesque dance class because WHY NOT. 💃

More yoga.
More learning.
More creativity.
More time outside

So maybe this is your reminder too:

Put something on your calendar that has absolutely nothing to do with becoming more successful.

Try something you’re terrible at.

Make something.

Move your body differently.

Go somewhere new.

Sit outside with your coffee and stare at the damn trees.

Because maybe fall isn’t asking us to become less.

Maybe it’s asking us to shed what no longer fits so we have room to become more.

I’m wishing you a September filled with soft power.

A month of holding yourself a little closer.

Of nourishing your insides.

Of creating without needing to know exactly what you’re creating yet.

And remembering—

Got my eyes dilated today 👀💚 Had to take a picture because it’s weird but fascinating💫

Fun fact: Green is one of the rarest eye colors in the world — and shades of green are my absolute favorite.

Green is also associated with Anahata, the Heart Chakra 💚 — love, compassion, connection & openness.

None of us see the color green the same.

Maybe that’s why green feels a little magical to me. 💚✨

I overheard something recently.

Someone shared that they believe a wife should be subservient to her husband as a way of showing respect.

It made me pause and wonder…

✨ What does a healthy masculine and feminine partnership look like to you?

Do you believe one partner should lead?
Do you believe marriage works best as an equal partnership?
Or do you see it in a completely different way?

No judgment. I’m genuinely curious how people experience this in their own relationships.

Join me every Monday from 9:30–10:30 AM for an all-levels yoga class. 💚

This class is about so much more than movement. Together we’ll build mobility, improve balance, ground the body, connect with the breath, and settle the mind through mindfulness meditation.

Along the way, I’ll weave in the timeless wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and explore simple, practical ways to apply these teachings to modern life. My hope is that you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself—both on and off the mat.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here. ✨

Nervous system regulation 💚

There are so many ways to support it. For me, it always begins with slowing down.

I have to quiet the container so I can hear my inner voice. She knows exactly what I need to heal, what I need to thrive, and when it’s time to rest, reset, and simply be.

We spend so much time searching outside ourselves for answers, but so often, everything we need is already within us. 💚
