✨🐐notice his weird little left ear from a incident with Aries through the fence in his first few days. We thought he was gonna loose the tip of it but it just healed all goofy. I tell him it gives him character.

✨🍃Well it’s here! Now the task of getting it ready to move in the apothecary and host classes begins! We will keep yall updated on the progress.

✨🐐We’ve been so busy preparing for our new building. And keeping up the homestead. The goats are enjoying the trimmings from cleaning the space for the building. After enjoying the foliage they will strip the bark that they find tasty. Goats in my experience have really been picky. If they don’t like clippings they will just trample it and occasionally try to fight it. 😆 they are so entertaining. When we let them out (or they break out) they eat the things I don’t want them to first.
✨🍃Random pics of plants on the property. My main garden spot is taken over with Bidens and Seminole pumpkins again this year. I plan to get it back in some form of order this week.
✨🐐 life is moving so fast that I find it hard to post as often as the Facebook wants. As always I’ll just keep doing what feels right for me and my family and enjoy the ride!

✨🐐Aries got his annual shearing today! Thank you to Foley Farrier for coming out and shearing and helping me with a few farm chores.
✨🐐 We only have the one sheep so in prior years I have hand shorn him which took much longer with a much less polished result! 😂
✨🐐He is now ready for the summer and looking good. I plan to experiment with processing some of his beautiful wool to extract the lanolin. The rest will go into the garden and some of my larger potted plants.
✨🐐If anyone wants some wool to clean for fiber arts reach out!
