This Thanksgiving, my husband and I slipped away to Moab — one of my favorite places to reset, breathe, and reconnect. 🚴♀️🌄
I’m deeply grateful for the simple things that often get overlooked:
✨ A strong, capable body that lets me ride, move, and explore
✨ Time to step out of the daily rush and be fully present
✨ Wide-open spaces, red rock views, and the kind of scenery that takes your breath away
✨ Moments of stillness that remind me what truly matters
Gratitude isn’t just a feeling — it’s medicine for the nervous system, the gut, and the soul. Taking time to recharge makes me better for my patients, my family, and myself.
