9 days till Christmas😁….and the anxiety is so REAL! The decorations, the gifts, the menu, deciding what to do Christmas Eve….

This time of the year is not easy for many and especially now with all the restrictions due to COVID. Some of us are missing loved ones that would normally be visiting, some of us may be mourning a loved one, some may be dealing with housing issues….the list can go on.

As I find myself getting all caught up with the hype of it all…I had to remember that “Jesus is the reason for the season” So gifts or no gifts, tree or no tree, big menu or no menu at all…I can order in, or we can even eat ramen noodles for all I care! As long as I can be joined with my family and friends to celebrate the birth of the King of all Kings! Praise and worship 🎵 🤲🏽🌲

I say all this to say, let’s just appreciate all we DO have and pour out more love and compassion for people in general. We do not know what someone may be going through and so let’s just be kind, to everyone as if they were hurting right before our eyes…because NOT everyone wears their problems on their sleeves.

Dear Lord, your gifts are many. I am grateful for every one. One of the greatest gifts you’ve given, is the gift of my dear sons. Thank you for their life dear Lord. Watch over them each day. May they be safe and free from harm as they go about each day. Bless them through life’s trials. Help them choose right from wrong. An example be, for all to see, standing tall, and proud, and strong.

Just me and my new bestie💖 Had to make sure I had my fat burning mom tea☕️ that provides the energy needed when you get lil to no sleep at night. Taking care of your newborn is so bitter sweet. Like I’m in my glory and I love her so much 🥰 but could really use a good 7 hours of uninterrupted 😴 It’s all good and oh so worth it for my kids! Thank God I work from home and my phone!
