My “spare time” list. I don’t think I’ve been bored in years. Of course, being a mother since the age of 21 requires constant work, care and focus but even as my youngest graduates from high school this year I find myself with less time than ever, always creating or educating or some other adventure and endless explorations. What are your interests? Have you ever written them all down? My beloved suggested the last two items 😂 I do love lists and making out. ❤️💋

I have two bricks left to sell if anyone is interested… this ceremonial cacao is just amazing. Today I made bars for my Beloved using grated cacao, coconut oil, cashew butter, vanilla, honey and sea salt. Topped with Pistachio, dried tart cherries and rose petals. Did you know Cacao has the same elements the body makes when it feels love?

In this two-hour immersive experience, Brent Heindel of Sweet Tree Oasis Sound Baths and Rachel Ramos of Ray of Light Quantum Healing weave together two powerful pathways to nervous system restoration: therapeutic sound and intentional human touch.
You will be bathed in sound healing frequencies for the entire event.
You are welcome to journey in whatever way feels most aligned with you. You may choose to rest in your own personal space, receiving the vibrations in solitude. We will have a dedicated space for those who choose not to interact.
Or, if it feels nourishing, you may engage in mindful, platonic touch with others — snuggling, holding hands, leaning back-to-back, or sharing supportive contact that feels safe and consensual.
We begin with a brief opening circle and consent agreements, where you will be gently guided in clear communication, boundaries, and attunement. This creates a foundation of safety, choice, and mutual respect.
Human beings are wired for connection. Safe touch, when invited and honored, can support feelings of security, belonging, and care. Combined with immersive sound, this experience offers a space to soften, to be held — by vibration, by presence, and by community.
All participation is optional. Your “no” is as sacred as your “yes.”
This is a sober, conscious event. We agree to deeply respect one another. We agree to consent, communication, and a community that deeply cares.
Come as you are. Leave more regulated, more connected, and more in resonance with yourself and others.
Doors open at 6pm. Opening Circle and Guidelines 6:30pm. Event ends 8:30pm

Holy Wow Cacao Paleo Brownies are just one of many uses for your medicinal cacao. These are melt in your mouth …
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup walnut butter
(Or opt for any nut butters you like)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg or egg substitute
2 tbsp vegan butter or ghee
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup grated Holy Wow Cacao
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
Mix ingredients and pour into 9” baking dish. Bake 325 for 20-25 mins
