Do you have the omega forehead?
It happens when the central portion of the frontalis contracts more strongly than the lateral portions, creating a curved or Ω-shaped elevation/wrinkle pattern in the center of the forehead. It was called the “grief muscle” by Darwin and has been associated with depression. It can be treated with a different injection pattern instead of a more standard approach!

Doing Pilates, yoga or Pure Barre but not losing body fat? Here’s why 👇

These workouts are GREAT for:
✨ Flexibility & mobility
✨ Core strength
✨ Balance & stability
✨ Muscle endurance
✨ Stress reduction

But if fat loss is your main goal, you may need MORE cardio 🥵

🔥 They may not burn as many calories as higher-intensity cardio
💪 You may need more progressive resistance training to build muscle
🚶 Your total daily movement still matters
🍽️ Fat loss ultimately requires a consistent calorie deficit
❤️ Adding incline walking, stairs or other cardio can increase your weekly activity

You don’t have to STOP Pilates, yoga or barre. But only using them for fat loss purposes is not necessarily effective.
