Looking good, Hadley and Kyra! 🥳💕 These two just joined The Braces Club with their early phase treatment. In a few short months, their teeth will be repositioned to provide enough space for growth and all their permanent teeth to come in comfortably. 🎉🙌

Skip the sugary snacks this summer that make kids hyper and then crash. They can cause cavities too!! Instead choose snacks that will give them good energy and won’t leave sugar bugs on their teeth.

Swap the sticky, sugary treats for tooth-happy snacks like: Crunchy veggies 🥕, fresh fruits 🍓, cheese cubes 🧀 , and lots of water!

Even in the summer, keep the healthy habits! Brush those teeth EVERY day, at least TWICE a day, for TWO minutes each time.

Taking care of your Invisalign trays is just as important as wearing them!

Here are some quick care tips for our Invisalign patients:

💙 Take them out to eat or drink anything but water
💙 Always store them in their case
💙 Brush and floss your teeth before putting your trays back in
💙 Rinse and brush trays daily - NO hot water!
💙 Wear them 20–22 hours/day for the best results

Pack disposable toothbrushes (like Colgate Wisps) and flossers for the summer days you're on the go.

For a deeper clean for your trays, consider investing in an ultrasonic retainer cleaner to keep them clearer longer.
