I taught my first yoga class today at Niantic Yoga! I was honored to fill in for another fantastic yoga teacher. I taught a Hatha Yoga class and I did the same routine I did for my YTT practicum.

I feel like I'm finding my own voice/style as I blend in some yoga philosophy (very important to me) and mindfulness during the class.

My heart is so happy!

I'm working on my website and I'm going to be adding a Patreon to offer mindfulness, yoga, and more for those members that join. My plan is to offer yoga at a suggested price of $15 per live class, but also, members can pay what they can afford, so maybe it's a "Buy me a coffee" at $5.

These past four weeks have been life changing in more ways than I ever could have imagined!

We graduated today and yesterday I taught my first full Hatha class that I created. It felt amazing!

I'm looking forward to having a couple of days to process it all!
