Greetings, fellow yogis. As we look forward to a busy summer, I want to let you know that right now there will be no yoga offerings in the near future. I am scheduled for a procedure to repair my knee (you know, the one that creaks and clicks in class). Until I am recovered and able, I won't offer classes.

Many of you know how I value Sun Salutations as part of our regular practice. Here is some advice to consider as our bodies age. I am experiencing knee problems that make it necessary to modify poses, and I am reminded to honor my limitations.

As many of you know, I start our all levels and vinyasa flow classes with Sun Salutations. I also know some of you don't like doing those salutations because you've told me. Due to the corona virus pandemic, I have decided that there will be no in person classes this summer season. I feel very sad and disappointed at having to take this step, but I also believe the health of each one of you, as well as my own health, must be paramount.
If I am able to make arrangements for on-line classes, I will let you know when that happens. In the meantime, please take advantage of the many free on-line classes available today. I recommend checking the Kripalu FB page for their offerings.
In the meantime, I wish you peace, health and happiness.
