Here’s your reminder that flat heads are common…

But they aren’t something you have to just hope won’t happen 😉

With 1 in every 2 babies developing a flat head I wanted mommas to be empowered from the start!

Teaching mommas from the beginning what to do changed the game! 🔑

So I created Prevent a Flat Head mini course so you can feel confident you’re doing the right things from the start!

✨Hello to the Guppy Stretch!✨

This gentle backbend is perfect for opening your baby’s neck, stretching tension in the mouth, and giving some sweet relief to their red neck creases.

It’s one of my go-to moves for babies with torticollis or oral ties, because it works 💗

Just a few minutes a day can make a big difference!

The floor is beat for baby development and this is my fave mat! 💗

Comment MAT and I’ll send you a coupon code!

P.S. it was the perfect sleeping pad for my 13 year old during a tornado storm to sleep on the floor in our room! She said it was so comfy! Mom win 🙌

So what do you think? 🤔

Did you go home 🏠
Do research 🧐
And ask for more support 🙋‍♀️

I absolutely love living in an era where we have so much information at our finger tips.

I was the momma that busted out of the “norm”, did the research and found a path for my kiddos to help them thrive!

It’s a path become more and more traveled!

What has your experience been?

This is the first thing I would check👇

Head movement drives all the other development for your baby.

Preventing a flat head starts with their head movement.

Not because the sleep on their back.

Nose to shoulder.
Each direction.

Preventing a flat head 👇

Happens with good head movement to each side.

So snuggle your baby and be sure their head turns to each direction!

📣 your baby has a flat head?

1st you have to know where the flat spot is at

2nd how are they moving their head?

It’s a game-changer for preferred sides and flat heads knowing what’s actually going on for your baby.

From there we create a positioning and movement plan.

This is exactly the kind of thing I teach inside my Neck & Noggin course 💗

✨ Easy-to-follow techniques
✨ Baby-friendly movements
✨ Real results (without wrestling matches)

Want the full plan?

👇 Drop “NOGGIN” in the comments and I’ll send you the link to get on it!

Your baby’s head shape and neck movement matter and the window to correct it at home without a helmet is small. Best before 5 months of age.

I’m here to help you feel confident every step of the way 💪

The car seat is a great place to first notice if your baby has preferred side.

As a pediatric PT with almost 20 years experience helping babies move well and reshape their head here is what I look for… 👀

#1: check out their nose
Is it turned closer to one shoulder over the other? Are you seeing the same position regularly?

#2: check out the ears
Her right ear is much close to her right shoulder than the left ear to the left shoulder.

This posturing happening over time will create a flat head on the back of the left side of her head.

Flat heads are a symptom of lack of head movements equally to each side.

Every momma should be taught to check their baby’s head movements to avoid a flat head.

How is your baby’s posture in the car seat?
Do you notice they like one side more than the other?
