Angela with Be the Change Health & Wellness will be joining the Summer Solstice Celebrating on Saturday June 20th.

Angela is passionate about helping others find peace and live their best life!
She calls the Carnegie Center home and is accepting new clients.

Angela will be offering a gift of a sound bath at 2:22 pm. She will also be there to answer all your questions about the healing power of Reiki and Sound & Vibration therapy.
Bring a lawn chair or blanket so you can relax and enjoy the offering. I will have a few lawn chairs and mats available.

What to Expect During a Sound Bath Experience:

The journey to deep relaxation. Unlike other forms of meditation, a sound bath requires no effort. You simply lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and allow the therapeutic sounds to wash over you. The frequencies and vibrations work to calm your nervous system, guiding your brain into a meditative state and activating your body’s natural healing process.
