MONDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER

This week, remember that boundaries arenā€™t about shutting people out. Theyā€™re about making sure thereā€™s still enough of you left for the life youā€™re trying to build.

You donā€™t have to answer straight away.
You donā€™t have to agree to keep the peace.
And you definitely donā€™t have to feel guilty for choosing what feels right for you.

Every time you say a clear no to something that drains you, youā€™re giving a bigger yes to your own life.

New week. Clear boundaries. More room to grow.
