How to Make Magic Mineral Broth:
Ingredients:
• 6 unpeeled carrots, cut into thirds
• 2 unpeeled yellow onions, chopped
• 1 leek, cut into thirds
• 1 bunch celery, cut into thirds
• 4 unpeeled red potatoes, quartered
• 2 sweet potatoes, quartered
• 1 garnet yam, quartered
• 5 garlic cloves, halved
• ½ bunch fresh parsley
• 1 strip kombu seaweed
• 12 black peppercorns
• 4 allspice or juniper berries
• 2 bay leaves
• 8 quarts filtered water
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Rinse all vegetables and place them in a large stockpot.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for at least 2 hours.
Add more water if needed while simmering.
Strain the broth, season with sea salt, and allow it to cool before storing. The longer it simmers, the richer and more nutrient-dense it becomes.
