Have you tried "Magic Mineral Broth" ?

This nourishing, veggie-packed broth is like a warm hug in a mug! Loaded with naturally occurring minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and sodium, it's a simple way to support hydration, replenish nutrients, and add a wholesome boost to your daily routine. The combination of colorful vegetables, herbs, garlic, and mineral-rich kombu creates a flavorful broth that's both comforting and incredibly versatile.

How to Make Magic Mineral Broth:
Ingredients:
• 6 unpeeled carrots, cut into thirds
• 2 unpeeled yellow onions, chopped
• 1 leek, cut into thirds
• 1 bunch celery, cut into thirds
• 4 unpeeled red potatoes, quartered
• 2 sweet potatoes, quartered
• 1 garnet yam, quartered
• 5 garlic cloves, halved
• ½ bunch fresh parsley
• 1 strip kombu seaweed
• 12 black peppercorns
• 4 allspice or juniper berries
• 2 bay leaves
• 8 quarts filtered water
• 1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:
Rinse all vegetables and place them in a large stockpot.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for at least 2 hours.
Add more water if needed while simmering.
Strain the broth, season with sea salt, and allow it to cool before storing. The longer it simmers, the richer and more nutrient-dense it becomes.

Whether you're sipping it on its own or using it as the foundation for soups and stews, this "magic" broth is a delicious way to nourish your body from the inside out.

A new practice I'm trying to help my body handle stress is Release journaling. Release journaling is different from keeping a diary or documenting your day. The goal isn't to create a record; it's to create a release. It's a space to put thoughts, worries, frustrations, emotions, and mental clutter onto paper so they don't stay bottled up inside.

Some benefits I've learned about release journaling:
Helps reduce mental overwhelm
Creates space for emotional processing
Can lower stress and anxiety levels
Increases self-awareness
Helps identify patterns, triggers, and recurring thoughts
Encourages a sense of calm and clarity

How I do it:
1. Set a timer for 5–15 minutes.
2. Write whatever is on my mind without editing, judging, or organizing it.
3. Let the thoughts flow freely—even if they seem repetitive, messy, or emotional.
4. When I'm done, I tear up the pages or burn them as a symbolic release.
I'm approaching this as an experiment in supporting my nervous system and giving my body another tool to process stress. It's simple, costs nothing, and only takes a few minutes.

Healthy Black Bean Brownies That Taste Like a Treat!
Who knew a can of black beans could transform into the fudgiest, richest brownies ever? These gluten-free brownies are packed with fiber, naturally satisfying, and so delicious that nobody will guess the secret ingredient!

Gluten-Free Black Bean Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Add black beans, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Blend again until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Spread batter evenly into the pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.

Healthy Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail (serves 1)

Ingredients:
• 2 oz grapefruit juice
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 – 1 oz maple syrup
• Sparkling water
• Ice
• Sliced limes and grapefruit, for serving
Instructions
1. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and maple syrup to a glass and stir until well combined.

Ever heard of forest bathing? No swimsuit required 🤣

Originating in Japan in the 1980s as Shinrin-yoku (“taking in the forest atmosphere”), forest bathing is the simple practice of slowing down and immersing yourself in nature using all your senses.
It’s not about hiking hard or reaching a destination; it’s about pausing long enough to hear the birds, feel the breeze, notice the sunlight through the trees, and let your nervous system exhale.

If you’re craving something wholesome, satisfying, and seriously delicious- this one’s for you. This bowl is protein packed, super easy to make and even plant based!
Mediterranean Bowl (serves 1-2)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked quinoa
• 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup hummus (your favorite kind!)
• Fresh veggies (cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, greens)
• A squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of feta of goat cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
3. Roast for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
4. In a bowl, layer quinoa, roasted chickpeas, and fresh veggies.
5. Add a generous scoop of hummus on top.
6. Finish with feta of goat cheese crumbles and a squeeze of lemon for extra zing!

Pro tip: Add a drizzle of tahini or a sprinkle of chili flakes for a flavor boost!
