1.) Q- Do I need an appointment?
A- While appointments do take priority, we do accept walk-ins at both locations as well!
2.) Q- How long does an IV take?
A- Most IVs can take as short as 30 minutes or as long as 60 minutes, timing can vary based on each person’s hydration needs and treatment type.
3. Q- What are supplement injections?
A- Supplement injections are quick vitamin shots that deliver essential nutrients directly into the body for faster absorption than oral supplements.
4. Q- Do you take insurance?
A- Our services are self-pay and not covered by insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA as a form of payment.
5. Q- How fast do people see weight loss results?
A- Results vary, depending on the patient, medication and lifestyle changes. Some patients notice progress quickly, while for others it’s more gradual over time.
6. Q- What weight loss options do you offer?
A- We offer both injectable and oral weight loss options. We’re happy to provide information and pricing up front, and a consultation helps us determine which option is the best fit for your goals and medical history.
7. Q- Are you just a weight loss clinic?
A- Nope, we’re more than just a weight loss clinic! We provide medically supervised weight loss, vitamin and supplement support, hormone replacement therapy, 24/7 online urgent care, IV hydration therapy, and in-house lab services—all in one place.
8. Q- Do I have to fill out paperwork?
A- Yes. But-All intake forms are sent electronically via text or email so you can conveniently complete them prior to your appointment, helping us make your visit as quick and easy as possible.
9. Q- What if I can't make it into the clinic?
A- If you’re unable to visit either clinic in person, we offer convenient telehealth options for weight loss initial consultations and follow-ups, as well as online urgent care for minor health concerns. These services are available throughout the state of Alabama.
10. Q- Do I have to have labs done to start?
A- Labs are recommended for many services but not required for all. One of our oral weight loss options does require labs before starting treatment. You can also use our lab services even if you are not doing weight loss treatment.
