A little life update from me because I feel like I’ve barely posted this week 😅 Summer school is officially back in session and Health Biostatistics is already kicking my b***y.

For anyone new here, Hi, I’m Nicole! Owner, coach, marketing team, receptionist, cleaner, HR department… basically all the things behind NutriPlex 😂

First I just want to say THANK YOU!
To every client, Pilates member, online client, and person who has supported this small business over the years… truly, thank you.

What started years ago as a small bootcamp at the Memorial track has grown into something I never could’ve imagined. Looking back, I can clearly see God’s hand in every part of it. His plans really were bigger and better than my own.

As of May 2026, I officially completed my Didactic Program in Dietetics, which means I’m finally in the home stretch 🥹
I’ve also already been accepted into my dietetic internship and will begin this fall while simultaneously finishing the last two classes of my master’s program in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Y’all… to say it’s been a journey would be an understatement.

There were moments I questioned myself, moments I was exhausted, overwhelmed, stretched thin, and wondering if I could keep going. But I wouldn’t change any of it because every hill and valley led me here… closer to the finish line of a dream I’ve carried for a long time.

I’m so close to finally having those ‘RD’ initials after my name, and like I’ve said before… I won’t stop until I get them. 💪🏼

The vision moving forward is to continue growing NutriPlex not only as a private training and Pilates studio, but eventually as a private clinical nutrition practice as well, allowing me to serve this community on an even deeper level through counseling, nutrition, wellness, movement, and education.

It all goes hand in hand, and somehow God has orchestrated it more beautifully than I ever could have planned myself.

Anyway, I just wanted to share a little update for those of you who’ve been here since the beginning and for all the new faces who’ve joined us recently through Pilates and coaching.

We’re grateful for those who made the ultimate sacrifice, for the families who carry that loss, and for all who have served and continue to serve.
