Brevard County is building something special. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of owning a small business is connecting with other local business owners who are passionate about what they do and genuinely want to see each other succeed.

The Catalina Wine Mixer at Whiskey Business was a great reminder that success isn't built alone. It's built through relationships, collaboration, and supporting one another.

Grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many amazing entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout our community.

✨ Unpopular opinion: Your skincare matters just as much as your tox.

I see this all the time...

People want TOX treatments, but they're not doing the basics at home.

Tox is amazing for softening dynamic wrinkles, but it doesn't improve sun damage, skin texture, pigment, hydration, or overall skin health.

The patients who get the best results are usually doing both:

✔️ Daily SPF
✔️ Vitamin C/antioxidants
✔️ Retinoid at night
✔️ Medical-grade skincare
✔️ Professional treatments when appropriate

Think of tox as one tool in the toolbox—not the entire toolbox.

If you want healthy, glowing skin, what you do every day matters just as much as what happens in the treatment chair.

Your tox can only do so much. Your skincare routine is what supports your results between appointments. ✨

But behind the beach days and family memories, I'm here investing in something I'm passionate about—becoming a better provider for my patients.

If you're going to do aesthetics, do it right. Never stop learning. Never stop refining your craft. Never get comfortable.

I've spent the weekend training with Injector Coach International, and I can honestly say the education has been next level. Marlee and her entire team have been absolutely incredible.

Every technique, every pearl, every detail learned gets brought back to Thrive & Glow Wellness so I can continue providing safe, evidence-based, personalized treatments for my patients.
