Who's coming to celebrate with me on November 17th in ATL? We will be serving some essential oil infused treats and samples of protein shakes, smoothies and other supplements.

You know how everyone has a story, the person who was broke and is now wealthy, the person who had an addiction and now years clean...well I too have a story. 21 years ago I had a major nervous mental breakdown and was given medication, but it caused me to be blank...I could not feel sad, but I also could not feel happy. I could not really think enough to solve problems at work...after 30 days of that..I worked with my natural doctor and this is when I discovered the wonderful world of essential oils and other natural modalities for healing emotionally and mentally. So just about "21 years" medication free!

For these 21 years I have been educating others about essential oils and aromatherapy mainly in the emotional and mental wellness space.. I have researched, explored and tested many brands for over 2 decades and about 10 years ago I discovered the doTERRA brand and have not found any other to compare! I remember when the pandemic hit I was teaching math to a small group of girls at a residential facility supporting girls who had experienced trauma in their families...since my children had to return home, I resigned from that position and begin to focus on business, real estate and consulting part-time working remotely.

During our church's celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles last week, I was blessed to teach financial literacy to about 50 children from ages 5 to 19! I had various activities ready and everyone seem to be engaged and having a good time.

During this season, part of my plan was to begin subbing at my daughter's old school here and there so I can make more of an impact on children in my community. Now I see they have a middle school math opening...should I dive in and qualify for that Teacher Next Door Program to get my home at 50% off????????

Spending this brief period of about 6 years back in corporate settings, I concluded that I like working with children much more than I like working with adults, thus the official formation of my nonprofit RAFFI Institute Inc in March 2024.

On August 21st, we were blessed to celebrate 25 years of marriage.

I used to vend my Bible inspired jewelry only once a year at Passover each March…I therapeutically create all year and reveal the collections during this Sacred Time…so glad there are more vending opportunities with an audience that appreciates this special collection - initially created in honor of my dad (may he rest in peace) who took on the hebrew name - Zadok, meaning “righteous and just.” We name this collection inspired by stones in the scriptures the “Especially for Zadok Collection” So yes! The focus of RAFFI Institute has shifted to serving children, thrivers of domestic violence, and our growing senior population as our top priority.

Part of our mission at RAFFI Institute is to support Young Entrepreneurs and their families.

Our first featured entrepreneurial family is “The Spencers.” I met the mother of this endeavor, Marketing Queen Keisha K Marie Spencer about a year ago or so and I have been absolutely amazed at her unique gift for marketing, hosting events, having passion for her clients, and loving on her children.

Let’s pull up in Austell, GA and support “SPENCER SNACKS” on Saturday, May 11 from 12pm - 5pm. I will be at church most of the day, but will be sure to stop by right after service.

I had their banana pudding at a prior vending event and it was definitely on point.

As Founder of RAFFI Institute, do know as a 3rd grader I started my first two businesses 1) selling candy to classmates from my Uncle’s corner store (UPSAL VARIETY At Upsal and Rugby in Mt. Airy) and 2) selling banners from my Commodore 64 printer for people to hang up at their events. I have earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from James Madison University and a Master’s of Education in Business Education from the University of West Georgia with a perfect 4.0 GPA. I am a former certified teacher in the areas of middle school math and Business Education for K-12 in the states of GA and PA. I have over 20 years experience training adults and children and almost 30 years of experience helping increase productivity of businesses by implementing systems and guiding administrative teams to success.

I met Mr. Brian Joubert, Owner of LB Tax and Business Advisors and The RB Solution Center, when he was speaking at a Real Estate Event giving tips on taxes for small businesses and how he also has a service for those needing business addresses in the Georgia area. I immediately invested in a business address and received a discount to host my first event in Atlanta in the fall of 2023!

Happy 1st day of the Week!

Just over 9 years ago on 3.29.2015 2 amazing things happened. I rededicated my life to Christ and was baptized and to my surprise was given my Hebrew name by Bishop Ahmath /after coming out of the water- Ahshah Maya Binah meaning “ a woman who builds”

It was also shortly after this time, we launched Ahshah Jewelry…putting a name to my creations of handcrafted jewelry inspired by the precious stones mentioned in the Bible mainly from Aaron’s breastplate. This collection is presented and revealed just once a year every March.

Four Years ago on my dad’s 4th Heavenly birthday, 10/30/20, I met a beautiful, strong, extremely gifted woman, Pastor Lynnd Adams. My first business coach, Snow Michelle, President and Executive Coach of Michelle Snow Company https://www.facebook.com/michellesnowcompany - referred me to her and gifted her an AromaTouch session done by Your Aromatherapist - ME!

In my business, the use of the AromaTouch technique is a hands on oil application from the spine to the head and the feet of 8 of our precious doTerra essential oils. This technique lasts about 45 minutes and helps support the following areas: stress, immune support, inflammation bringing the body back to homeostasis. After that time, on occasion we would interact on facebook…liking and commenting on each other’s posts…sending a Shabbat Shalom here and there.

Imagine my surprise when she invited me to her Royal Birthday Celebration this past January and then later through facebook I discovered I was going to be one of the award recipients at her birthday party. On her birthday she was actually honoring others myself included - me for my work with Aromatherapy over the last 20 years.

How shocking! The Most High using a woman I met one time and had little interaction with over the last 4 years to commission me to go forward all the more in the ministry of helping others heal using natural methods and my beloved doTERRA Essential Oils.

I also want to thank her for this honor and the kind words shared during her birthday celebration. It was the catalyst leading the way in many big things you will see from RAFFI Institute as we enter 2024 (Hebrew New Year is 3/2/24!)

Join Pastor Lynn on yet another milestone - the Grand Opening of the New Beginnings Transformation Outreach Center on Sunday, April 14th from 1-2:30pm. Peace and blessings to Pastor Lynn as she continues to support the community that needs her most, impacting others for Christ.
