Ever heard of a S.M.A.R.T. goal?
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Reasonable
Time bound
I start with a specific goal. WRITE IT DOWN with pen and paper.
Be as specific as possible. .
Decided when you wish to achieve
This goal. Put an actual, month, date, and year down.
Then ask if it is reasonable to achieve this in that time frame?
Measuring your goal.. it should be measured by how .much is accomplished 1/3 of the way to the goal date, 1/2, and then 3/4 and goal date.
Do a little, even tiny bit of your goal each week or a couple days a week.
If it's starting a business, do you have the name? Website? Business card ? Costs to charge? Costs to spend? Business plan? Contracts? Employee? Licensing? Insurances?
Etc. It may just be one call that week to find info. Great! Put a vision board up and stare at it, daily for a few minutes. Get that positive frequency going. Eliminate all doubt. Your motivation increases when you are gaining momentum.
