Ready to make sourdough bread at home? I’ve taught over 100 students how to make sourdough from scratch, and you can too!

Join our upcoming beginner sourdough workshop at the Sunshine Farm and microbakery in Vista, CA.

In addition to 2 and half hours of hands on education, attendees will also enjoy bread tastings and take home sourdough starter, their own mini loaf of sourdough, dough to get the process going at home, and a workbook full of recipes and step-by-step instructions.

We’re taking the holiday off to enjoy family time and manage all the chaos of the farm right now. Grateful for a smooth kidding season and healthy baby goats! Can’t wait for you to meet them starting next weekend.

Spend Saturday at the farm as we celebrate dads for Father’s Day Weekend. There will be cinnamon rolls, coffee, kittens, baby goats, a play area for kids, what more can you ask for? 😍

Our friends from Fauna Coffee will be joining us to serve up delicious coffee and matcha. You will also want to come early and grab some of our very popular brown butter cinnamon rolls for dad!

When: Saturday (6/20) from 10-3, we’re open every Saturday!

In addition to the baked goods, eggs, and produce, you can also meet and play with baby goats, say hi to our miniature ducks, and meet the new farm kittens.

All of our items are made using organic ingredients whenever possible, leavened with sourdough, and without any preservatives or food dyes.

We accept most forms of payment for your convenience. We sell out of many items quickly so come early if you can!

While we love your pups, please leave them at home, our goats and birds are easily frightened by dogs, even small ones. 💛

For the first time since we opened in October, we’re taking a short break for the rest of May to rest and reset for summer. We will be closed on Saturday the 23rd and the 30th.

We can’t wait to see you in June and serve up delicious bread and treats all summer long! 🌼

A little glimpse at life on the farm lately.

This is the highlight reel. I don’t have photos of the bad days where I felt super crummy, or the nearly dead gosling, the frustrating experiences as a business owner, or the hard days as a mom (let’s be real, it’s everyday). The hard stuff is all real too and happening all the time, it’s just not very photogenic.

Instead I’ll share the baby call ducks that arrived today, a fresh baked loaf from my new oven, and a variety of other sweet moments as a momma, baker, and farmer.
