I am in a journey to get back to the healthy and happy Josh! This is me... I hid behind a fake smile for almost 10 years... After getting to almost 600lbs I decided it was time for a change. So I began my journey, I knew it was going to be tough and there would be times I would want to just give up, but I knew I had to do something. I started my journey at the end of March in 2012 after being turn

ed down for Season 3 of Extreme Weight Loss... I was flown to LA and also had a film crew come to my house. I knew that it was my time to take back control of my life! I had tried for The Biggest Loser and Extreme Weight Loss for the last time!!! Now I am healthier, happier, and have more passion and drive than ever before! I want to share my story and motivate as many people as possible!! I want someone to look at me and say, " because of you I didn't give up!"

I think it’s human nature to put the main focus on what is going on or what has happened in your life.. when in reality we should be focusing on how we react to those situations. Dwelling on something you might not have any control over is going to drain not only you but the people around you. The choice is yours on what happens next when life throws you a curve ball!

are delicious! I have been and will always be a HUGE FAN of a PBJ! So having these are not loaded with sugar and who knows what else is nice. I’ll take one out of the fridge and put in my seat next to me in my car.. then a little bit later BOOM, it’s perfect! Quick 10g of protein, 4g fiber… nice little pick me up!
