Our core mission is to enhance residents quality of life and nurture a sense of belonging. We provide health maintenance, including daily monitoring and maintenance including daily vital signs checks( blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation levels) , blood sugar checks for those who are diabetics, and medication management. We also offer activities specifically designed to preserve cognitive function and encourage connection such as music therapy, art projects, memory games, gentle exercise, and purposeful activities that slow memory decline and support overall well- being for those living with chronic health conditions. Residents are welcome to join me and my team in planning menus, and are encouraged to share their ideas for our in-house recreational activities. Our home features 7 bedrooms with options for a private or shared room. Each room comes fully furnished with bed, bed linens, pillows, seating, bedside lamps, television, and access to a wifi. Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture if they prefer, but no additional furniture is required. Residents may continue care from their existing primary care providers. I can also coordinate intermittent visits from other specialized services if needed including home health, palliative care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavioral health support. I, or my designated care team will coordinate closely with residents, their families, and all medical providers to ensure seamless, consistent care.. We are a single-story residence designed to provide greater privacy and comfort, with caregivers on-site 24 hours a day. All- inclusive amenities are provided : daily meals and snacks, assistance with ADL's, recreational activities, laundry, housekeeping, and personalized service plans. We also provide respite care services or short- term stay. Located on an acre land, our backyard patio provides countryside- inspired atmosphere, with views of local birds, chickens, a d mature trees. We have ample outdoor space for walking and gentle exercise. For added safety, the entire property is fitted with security cameras, secured-easy- to- navigate layouts, ramps, ADA- compliant bathrooms, call bells, a fire alarm system and 24- hour fire alarm monitoring.
