WHY DO PEOPLE WEAR ALAVIDA® ON THEIR FOREHEAD AT NIGHT?
If you have seen a video of Lifewavers wearing patches on their foreheads, this is why.

Especially the LifeWave Alavida® patch in the center of the forehead at bedtime is advisable.

The practical explanation is that the forehead is that this placement has sparked curiosity about, in particular, the pituitary gland that is located behind the forehead (closer to the bridge of the nose)

About the size of a pea, the pituitary sits deep at the base of the brain, roughly behind the upper part of the nose. Often called the “master gland,” it helps regulate growth, thyroid activity, the adrenal glands and reproductive functions.

It works closely with the hypothalamus, which sends signals that help coordinate hormone release and maintain the body’s internal balance. Quite incredible!

Its anterior section produces hormones including growth hormone, prolactin, TSH, ACTH, FSH and LH.

Its posterior section stores and releases oxytocin and vasopressin, which are made in the hypothalamus.

Such a small structure has a remarkable range of responsibilities.

LifeWave presents Alavida as part of its skincare range for a healthy, radiant skin appearance. Someone may choose the forehead placement for the added benefits or simply that it fits conveniently into a nightly routine.

🛡️ PRAYER TO ST. MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL FOR PROTECTION 🙏

When you feel afraid, overwhelmed, or surrounded by battles you cannot see, place yourself and your loved ones under God’s protection.

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
Protect our homes, our families, our hearts, and our faith.
Keep us safe from every danger and lead us closer to Jesus.

May we never forget that we can turn to God in every battle.

🙏 Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us. Pray for us. Amen.

If you are praying this prayer today, comment AMEN. ❤️

Reiki can be a gentle and nurturing complement to traditional medical care.

During times of illness, treatment, surgery, or recovery, Reiki offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and receive. It can provide a quiet space for the mind and body to settle while offering emotional and spiritual support during what may be a stressful or uncertain time.

Reiki does not replace medical treatment. Rather, it can be offered alongside the care you are already receiving — supporting the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. 🤍

Reiki can be a gentle companion on your healing journey.
