Adhesion Freedom and Massage by Laura Chrast LMT I am open to these days and hours. I have been practicing massage and shiatsu therapy since Sept 2007. I did take a 6 year gap focusing on my children.

I started back up January 2022 where I am currently working out of Forever young Two office space. I Practice Relaxation, Deep tissue, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot stone, Myofascial release, Shiatsu therapy, Cupping. In May 2022 I learned Level 1 of Quantum Nutrition Testing(QNT) and then Level 2 a year later. QNT is a form of muscle testing and Applied kinesiology. I find the root cau
