Just an important tip to keep in mind when hiring a doula- A doula will not and should not speak for you! These decisions are yours to make and a good doula will only help to educate you on options and support you in your decisions.

With so much information out there, hiring someone that you feel has your best interest at heart is so important!

Formula & Food Drive This Saturday! 🍼🥫

Greater Seacoast Community Health is hosting a Formula and Food Drive this Saturday 11/1 at Goodwin Community Health Center in Somersworth. While HHH volunteers will be there to support, this drive is for the larger community in and around Rochester/Somersworth.

If you or your organization would like to contribute, full details are below. All donations will benefit WIC and SNAP recipients in our greater community, with Goodwin/WIC overseeing distribution.

This drive was inspired by a local resident and mother who wanted to help families in need — a beautiful reminder that one person can make a difference, and that difference grows when we come together. 💜
