LCL & Hamstring Rehab
Isa is a high school basketball player who suffered a hyperextension knee injury, which resulted in damage to the LCL (lateral collateral ligament) and lateral hamstring tendon. In two months of sports rehab, including a specific combination of Graston technique and sports-specific exercise, Isa went from difficulty in weight-bearing to back on the court with no symptoms.
