Life gets busy, but don’t let the noise drown out what matters most. Take time to connect, listen, and be present with those you love. ❤️

As adults, it's easy to forget that we were once children, then we forget how to love.

Where Love Lingers - stories of the love that never leaves.

Grief often hides in the small things — Where Love Lingers is a series of little stories about how loss touches everyday life and the moments that hold the deepest love. ~ Izzy

#1 The Shoes

I saw their shoes lined up by the door.
Scuffed, broken in, still holding the shape of their steps.
I almost reached down to move them, but I couldn't.
It felt like moving them would be erasing something.
So the shoes stay. Quiet reminders of a life that once walked beside mine.
