When you come up on yet another challenging situation in your life, this is actually the universe asking us to grow in some way or another. 🤯

We never stop growing and evolving, and as much as we want to control every aspect to AVOID discomfort, there will always be lessons to surrender to! 👀

👉🏻 Here is a simplified, 3-step process for you to really allow yourself to learn and grow from what you are currently experiencing...

I suggest journaling 📝 or talking out loud 🗣(to yourself, your dog, a friend, etc.) for this exercise. Follow the steps below:

1️⃣: Increase your awareness of current thoughts, feelings and behaviors around your problem.

2️⃣: Observe the situation from a higher perspective and release judgement of yourself and others.

3️⃣: What are you ready to release from this situation, and what will you start allowing in once you've made space for it?

Once you have an idea of what you need to let go of, you then can have the energy for the things that do bring you JOY. 💖

It's inevitable that as a mom you're going to feel overwhelmed at some point, and that's OK...

You have a lot that you're responsible for, and your boundaries are being tested over and over again.

However, there are things you can do to ease this tension.

There is room for GROWTH when you begin to think about things in a new way.

So, when you get to a place of overwhelm, try asking yourself:

➡️ What thoughts are consuming me that aren't serving me?

These thoughts might be general, like ruminating over to-do lists, or they might be specific to your child, like, "I have zero patience for this today!"

➡️ Ask, what can I release right now at this moment?

The first step is to recognize the thought, then release the judgment around it, and then reframe to a thought that feels better.

You may want to say an affirmation out loud, such as:
✨ ​"I am doing the best I can, and it's enough," or
✨ ​"I allow myself to find joy in this moment."

Lastly, give yourself some grace and compassion!

You're not alone, and you're doing a great job, even if you think you suck at it!

🙋‍♀️ Keep your hand up if at any point you projected that onto somebody else, possibly causing unintentional pain.

We've all been there, and it doesn't feel good -- for anybody...

Allow yourself grace and compassion.

We are ALL here learning and trying to do our best.

Start by bringing those shadows to the 🔅 light 🔅 and spread some love.

When you heal, everyone else heals too!

🛑 Stop scrolling Mama, you need to read this. 👇🏻

Now more than ever we need to start being more aware and become conscious of those deep layers within us.

It goes deeper than your own childhood and personal experience.

There's a deeper layer of conditioning you need to heal from, and that's called Ancestral Trauma.

YOU have an opportunity to break these old and limiting cycles for yourself and your children.

I know, that can sound very overwhelmingnajd like a ton of extra responsibility.

BUT remember that this is about RELEASING pressure, not creating more!

✨ We NEED to start going deeper in our own healing work.

✨ We need to build stronger foundations at home.

✨ We need to do better with our OWN emotional skills.

✨ We need to learn to be PRESENT for our own sanity and well-being, let alone that of our children.

Think more optimistically.

Have more patience.

Be in flow.

Create more space.

Allow in abundance.

Find peace of mind.

Quiet anxious thoughts.

Process challenging emotions.

Rewire neural pathways.

Release limiting beliefs.

Release resistance change.

Let me ask you a serious question...

🧐 What can you let go of right now to create more space in your life?

Next, it's important to identify the stories you're telling yourself that are preventing you from doing so.

If you you're in the mindset that you just CAN’T let go, this may be because…

➡️ You have an underlying fear

➡️ You feel guilty

➡️ You don’t feel worthy

➡️ You’re a people pleaser

➡️ You need healthier boundaries

➡️ You are disconnected from your higher self

If any of these feelings seem to be the case for you, this means there is deeper work to be done!

We need to get into the subconscious and rewrite that story and create more space for JOY. 🧘‍♀️

✨ Give yourself the space to heal, so you can be present now with your family, set a positive example for your children, and establish a strong sense of self so you don’t lose your identity. ✨
