Together we will move through breath, music, grounding, and reflection in a sacred outdoor setting under the evening sky.

what to expect from breathwork

each session is held in a safe, grounded, and intentional space

we begin with a grounding opening meditation,
then move into an activating breathwork journey supported by music and subtle guidance,
ending with integration and reflection

you may feel sensation in the body
emotion arising
or simply a deep sense of calm

there’s no right way to experience it
you are always in control

to keep going

but what we don’t feel doesn’t disappear
it gets stored in the body

breathwork offers a gentle way to begin releasing what’s been held
to soften the nervous system
and to reconnect with yourself beneath it all

breathwork is a conscious, connected breathing practice that helps move energy through the body

emotion is really just energy in motion

as the breath deepens, stored emotions may arise, ready to be felt and released

it’s not about forcing anything
it’s about creating a safe container where your body leads the way with your breath as its guide

there’s a saying ~ any feeling fully felt is bliss
and feelings fully felt begin to open the door to joy
