If breastfeeding feels confusing, painful, stressful, or you’re worried about supply, weight gain, latch, pumping, or sleep — I offer insurance-covered feeding and sleep consults. 🫶🏻

Comment “FEED” and I’ll send you the booking link.

My breastfeeding timer app HAD ME IN A CHOKE HOLD with my first 😵 it was bad the way I obsessed over it.

I wish someone had told me….. You do NOT need to obsess over the clock. 👏

Some feeds are short.
Some are long.
Some are snacky.
Some are full feeds.

That does not automatically mean something is wrong.

What actually matters:
✔ swallowing
✔ diaper output
✔ weight gain
✔ milk transfer
✔ baby acting satisfied after feeds

Not whether your baby fed for 11 minutes vs 22.

As an RN + IBCLC, I see SO many moms spiraling because they think every breastfeeding session needs to look identical.

But breastfeeding is dynamic.
Your milk flow changes throughout the day.
Your baby’s efficiency changes.
Your baby’s needs change.

And honestly?
Watching the timer usually creates more anxiety than helpful information.

POV: You thought motherhood would be hard because of sleep…
but no one warned you about the never-ending pile of bottles and pump parts.

As a pediatric RN + IBCLC, I take milk safety seriously —
but I also know how fast burnout happens when you’re:

• pumping around the clock
• triple feeding
• washing bottles 3+ times a day
• running on zero sleep

And here’s the truth:
👉 it’s not just about clean bottles
👉 it’s about reducing mental load

This has been one of the biggest routine upgrades for me lately — and honestly, I LOVE this brand for how thoughtfully they support moms in the thick of it. 🤍

The eufy Bottle Washer S1 Pro:

✔ 360° deep clean
✔ built-in filtration (huge for hard water homes)
✔ fits bottles + pump parts in ONE load
✔ 100°C steam for powerful sterilization
✔ dries everything so it’s ready to use

Meaning…
✨ less time at the sink
✨ more time with your baby
✨ less decision fatigue

And THAT matters more than anything in early motherhood.

If you’re in your pumping, combo feeding, or bottle-feeding era…
this is one of those things that truly supports you.

Spit up always looks SO much bigger than it actually is… and moms spiral thinking baby lost their entire feed. ⬇️

Hi!! I’m Tiffany RN, BSN, IBCLC + baby feeding & sleep specialist 🤍
And one of the biggest things I do is help moms stop guessing and finally understand WHY their baby is uncomfortable, fussy, spitty, waking constantly, or struggling with feeds.

Because most moms are told:
“that’s normal.”
“they’ll grow out of it.”
“just keep trying.”

Meanwhile you’re exhausted… covered in spit up… and wondering if something is actually wrong.

This video shows what only 15mL of milk looks like spilled which is usually WAY less than parents think baby lost.

BUT if baby seems uncomfortable, arches, coughs, fights feeds, wakes constantly, screams after eating, or spit up is affecting sleep… it’s worth getting a FULL feeding assessment. 👏🏻

Here’s what can help:

• Paced bottle feeding in an elevated side-lying position
• Position changes when feeding if you have an overactive letdown
• Holding baby upright after feeds
• Avoiding tummy time right after eating
• Checking bottle ni**le flow rate
• A full feeding assessment to check for any oral restrictions

And here’s the part nobody talks about enough:
FEEDING and SLEEP are deeply connected.

A baby struggling with feeds will often struggle with sleep too.

That’s why I assess the FULL picture……feeding, oral function, reflux symptoms, schedules, sleep, bottle flow, milk transfer, comfort, and more.

And the best part? Many of my feeding and sleep consults are covered by insurance. 🤍

If you’re tired of Googling at 2am and wondering if what your baby is doing is “normal” I’m here for you.

Comment “ASSESS” and I’ll send you the link to book your feeding and sleep assessment

Enough with the pump and pour videos…..Your worth as a breastfeeding mom is NOT measured in frozen ounces 🤍

Social media has convinced so many moms that a “good” milk supply means a deep freezer full of milk… when in reality, a normal pumping output after the first month postpartum is often around 3–5 oz combined when replacing a feeding. (0.5-2oz AFTER feeding your baby)

Read that again 👏

Oversupply is not the goal for most families and can actually lead to:
• clogs
• mastitis
• forceful letdown
• baby discomfort and lots of crying
• constant pumping
• exhaustion

If your baby is:
✨ gaining weight
✨ having plenty of diapers
✨ feeding well
✨ happy, content and meeting their milestones

…you are likely doing BETTER than you think.

Please stop comparing your normal breastfeeding journey to someone else’s oversupply on the internet 🤍

If you’re struggling with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, milk supply, or baby sleep, I offer insurance-covered feeding and sleep consults to help you make a plan that actually works for YOU and your baby.

So you JUST gave birth and baby is on your chest, hopefully.

Also- Hi! I’m Tiffany! This is my 4th baby in 5 years. I’ve been a pediatric nurse for 11 years, board certified lactation consultant and baby/toddler sleep consultant…..

And I love helping Moms learn what to expect during pregnancy and postpartum!

So your baby was born…. At first you’ll notice baby is WIDE awake. Bright eyed. Looking around. For maybe an hour or so.

Then for the next 24 hours baby will be VERY SLEEPY. You’ll be told to wake your baby to feed at least every 3 hours. After the feed, they’ll be right back to sleep.

Here’s the thing most parents aren’t expecting…

On day 2, they wake up. They realize the familiar environment is gone. The temperature, noise, lights, and sounds are all different. A bit of panic sets in.

Remember, your newborn communications through crying so you might hear lots and they’ll probably seem unsettled.

Here’s what to do:

1️⃣Expect and understand that this is normal! Prepare yourself and your support person for this.

2️⃣Frequent feedings. Breastmilk has familiar smells and taste that will bring your baby comfort.

3️⃣Lots of skin to skin. Being close to Mom will regulate their breathing and heart rate. Partners can use skin to skin too to help settle baby.

4️⃣Learn how to swaddle. Baby just spent 9 months cozied up in the womb. They like feeling warm and snuggled up.

5️⃣Bust out your yoga ball- this motion can be so helpful when settling your fussy newborn.

You wouldn’t drive a car without taking a class?

Having a baby should be no different.

You can prepare for things like FEEDING and SLEEP so you can feel like you know what you’re doing = less stress, more sweet newborn snuggles.

Having the expectations, knowledge, and practical skills will elevate your motherhood experience.

What would it feel like to know exactly how to get sleep off on the right foot from the day you bring your baby home and beyond?

❤️comment “PREP” if you’re feeling nervous about bringing your baby home and want to use insurance to prepare!

Okay no because why is everyone telling moms what to do??

Breastfeed. No formula.
Sleep train. Wait don’t you dare.

Hold your baby…but also don’t create bad habits??

Like WHAT. Listen to me.

If your baby is fed…
loved… and feels safe with you…

YOU. ARE. DOING. AMAZING.

I don’t care if it’s b00b, bottle, pumping at 2am.
I don’t care if your baby sleeps in a crib… or literally on you.

It’s your baby.
Your life.
Your sanity.

And you know what’s best for YOUR baby. So block out the noise…

Because you?
Yeah you’re a really good mom ❤️ tag a Mama that could hear this today!

You weren’t supposed to just “figure it out.”

But that’s exactly what most moms are expected to do.

You leave the hospital with a brand new baby…
and suddenly you’re responsible for feeding, sleep, and keeping this tiny human alive with little to no real guidance.

So you Google.
You ask friends.
You try to piece it together.

And when things feel hard, confusing, or overwhelming… you wonder if it’s you.

It’s not.

The truth is- feeding and sleep are skills.
And when you have the right support, everything starts to feel a whole lot easier.

Hi, I’m Tiffany — pediatric RN, IBCLC, and baby sleep consultant 👋
I help moms go from overwhelmed and second-guessing everything…
to confident, supported, and actually enjoying their baby.

Inside my world, you’ll learn how to:
• protect your milk supply from day one
• understand your baby’s feeding + sleep cues
• get longer stretches of sleep (without guessing)
• feel calm instead of constantly questioning yourself

And the best part? I can see you virtually anywhere in the USA! And…
Most of my feeding + sleep consults are covered by insurance 🙌

You don’t have to do this alone 🫶🏻

Comment “HELP” and I’ll point you in the right direction 💛
