Dr. Athey has spent nearly two decades as a clinician and community-engaged scholar and educator for public housing residents in D.C. By providing convenient, reliable, and trustworthy care, C3 Cares endeavors to provide the best quality care to our patients and also hopes to restore faith in the U.S.
