🏸 You can love your sport and still be struggling.
We work with many athletes who are afraid that admitting they’re having a hard time means they aren’t grateful, committed, or passionate enough.
But loving your sport and struggling with food, body image, exercise, or performance pressures are not mutually exclusive.
You can love running…
and still dread rest days.
You can love soccer…
and still feel guilty after eating.
You can love lifting…
and still wonder if you’re doing enough.
Struggling doesn’t mean you’re weak.
And it doesn’t mean you love your sport any less.
You don’t have to hate your sport to seek help.
