✨Chia Seed Butter Oat Cookies!🍪

We can all agree that there is no without delicious 🍪 🍒🌟

This cookie recipe is simple, coated with cherry 🍒 glaze and pumpkin seed definitely satisfying your tooth.

✨INGREDIENTS✨

✅ 2 cup oat flour
✅ 1 cup all purpose flour
✅ 8 tbsp butter (Country Crock)
✅ 1 egg
✅ 1/2 cup of sugar cane
✅ 1 tsp baking powder
✅ 1 tbsp vanilla extract
✅ 2 tbsp chia seed ( )

Cherry Glaze Ingredients
Fresh Cherries
Honey
Lime juice
Cornstarch

Instructions

✅Combine flour, baking powder. Mix properly and set aside.
✅In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract & egg.
✅Add flour and chia seed to the wet ingredients mix until crumbly.
Work on the dough until well formed. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness, then shape your cookies. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
