God meets you in the waiting.

It may be 1 year, 5 years or 30 years.

But Life is about Presence. Fight for it 🙏🏽

// “Many of us don’t take care of ourselves because, ultimately, we don’t love ourselves.” - Dr. Zach Bush MD

What negative belief is holding you back?

Take a moment to consider.

Is it that you’re too busy?
“It” won’t happen to you?
You’re not worthy? 🙏🏽

Take 5-minutes for the next 7 days and begin to practice ONE of these new habits. For you. For your family. And ultimately for those you were created to impact.

With Light. Unconditionally.

“Rise.”

Self-hatred is under spoken & under cared for.

This is a place for healing. Not “losing weight” or struggling mentally? Click for ways to break free.

Everyone knows to “exercise more” // “eat less”
but have you heard of these? (Both can be toxic for what YOU truly need & only add to more stress).

A few proven benefits of
fat, weight loss (if needed):

• improved mood
• increased energy
• sexual health & reproduction
• healthy hormones (testosterone/estrogen)
• heart + brain health (disease/Alzheimer’s)
• improved mobility + breathing
• cancer, disease prevention

* Note: don’t believe the “status quo” of this world. You are created with a purpose and we all have different sizes and metabolism. “When you take care of the inside, the outside will reflect.” There’s no perfect weight. Only YOUR healthy best, whatever that looks like.

You are worthy. 🕊️
