Hard to believe it’s been 20 years since my first fitness job working the front desk at their family’s gym after high school. Full circle to see you both still building and leveling up—place looks incredible and I’ll definitely be getting some sessions in.

I’m grateful everyday to work with people who inspire me just as much as I hope to inspire them.

Last month, Jerry stepped into the gym for the first time — at 91 years old!!!!

He’d never lifted weights before… but decided now was the time to start building strength.

If there was ever a reminder that it’s never too late to embrace new challenges and step into the arena, Jerry is it. 💯 ❤️ 💪 🧠
