A quieter year online — by design.

In 2025, I didn’t engage as much on social media as I have in the past. That wasn’t from a lack of purpose, it was because my focus was elsewhere.

This past year, my work as a psychologist with the DoD centered on supporting well-being, resilience, and readiness during periods of sustained change and complexity. Much of that work happens quietly, behind the scenes, and in moments that don’t translate easily to posts or metrics — but it matters deeply.

I spent 2025 doing work that helps people show up when it matters most:
• Helping individuals and teams navigate uncertainty
• Strengthening psychological resilience
• Supporting mission readiness through sustainable well-being

As we continue to move into a new year, I’m grateful for the people who understand that impact isn’t always visible, and that sometimes the most meaningful work is the least public.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue contributing to conversations that strengthen both people and organizations.

Thank you to those who stayed connected, even during the quieter moments.
