Hormones don’t work the same way in men and women. In men, testosterone follows a daily cycle. In women, fertility hormones follow a cycle of 21 to 35 days, and its length can vary by a few days each month.
As these hormones rise and fall, your energy and mood can shift from one week of your cycle to the next.

If you’re trying to conceive, it also means your fertile window moves. Ovulation won’t always fall on Day 14, so timing around an average cycle can mean missing your most fertile days.

Inito measures estrogen, LH, PdG and FSH, so you can find your fertile window and confirm ovulation based on your own cycle.
