Preparing for a trip is a very spiritual experience. I sit with myself and really think about what I want to get out of it spiritually.

I start in my home country, I want to ensure upon my arrival, I am not focused on my lower need so I can move quickly towards my higher need of spirituality.

The first thing I always do is start studying a little history about the country I am visiting, from book and from others who have been there before me.
