Advocacy makes a difference.
Heart Rhythm Advocates Board Chair Dr. Mina Chung recently traveled to Capitol Hill to meet with members of Ohio's congressional delegation and advocate for policies that support heart rhythm patients and the clinicians who care for them.
The meetings focused on key priorities, including:
❤️ Improving access to timely care by advancing prior authorization reform.
📱 Protecting access to remote cardiac monitoring.
🫀 Strengthening cardiac emergency preparedness through increased support for CPR training, AED access, and cardiomyopathy awareness.
These conversations are helping shape policies that improve patient outcomes and ensure access to high-quality heart rhythm care.
