Today’s practice was exactly what my body needed. I paired a grounding walk with deep, intentional hip-opening stretches.
We hold so much stress, emotion, and physical tension in our hips without even realizing it. Taking the time to breathe into those tight spaces is a challenge of its own, but the physical and mental release afterward is completely worth it. 🤎
