What Actually Happens in Your Body on Keto
When most people hear “keto,” they think:
❌ cutting carbs
❌ eating fat
❌ suffering through cravings
That’s not what makes keto work.
Here’s what actually happens:
Normally, your body runs on sugar. Every time you eat carbs, your blood sugar spikes. When it crashes, you feel:
– hungry
– tired
– craving more food
Keto changes the fuel source.
When carbs stay low, your body switches from burning sugar to burning fat. Fat becomes fuel. Energy becomes steadier. Cravings calm down.
That’s why many people on keto say:
• they feel full longer
• they snack less
• their energy doesn’t crash
• weight loss feels less forced
It’s not about willpower. It’s about giving your body the right fuel.
If you’re tired of fighting hunger and guessing what to eat, follow
I explain keto in simple terms and help you avoid the beginner mistakes that slow results.
